Purchased the Lemon Pepper remix wings and chicken sandwich online. I picked up my order and drove all the way home to realize my order was incorrect. I drove back to Wingstop to recieve a refund. I was told to expect a refund in 3-5 days. I never received the refund and I feel unsafe because of the discriminatory employee practices. $14... please reimburse me. Update: I have still not received a refund for an order that the company couldn't complete. Parking: There was a dead possum in the parking lot.
Would rate this location a “0” if I could. Tonight, they took my order over the phone, gave me a total, and a time. I arrived 5-10 minutes after the time that the order was supposed to be ready, to be told multiple times “we ain’t taking no more orders.” That’s perfectly fine but why would yall waste someone’s time like that? Yall don’t know what people are going through and choose to treat people like their time and resources don’t matter. I hope the entire staff, especially the two girls at the front tonight, have the Christmas and New Year’s that y’all deserve.
The good: The lady at the register, light-skinned, Caribbean accent, and pony tail, is the nicest, most professional, calm food service technician out there! She held down the front counter—alone— with such grace The bad: OMGoodness this place smells like a sewer!!!! And they take effn forever to get orders out! I won’t everrrrr go back there, but I hope the front counter technician knows she is a ⭐️.
