Mexican food is decent and staff are friendly. My main issue was I made an order ahead of time for about 2.30p since I was having a very busy day. Unfortunately they made my order way too early and it probably sat there a couple hours. The food was still OK but would have preferred they honor the time of the pickup which was not 11am. I like that there quesadilla give an option for half chicken half beef!!
might be the worst chipotle oat
Literally had to repeat my order to them multiple times because they seem to forget stuff. Even when I addressed that it was not what I wanted on my bowl when selecting, they gave me attitude. Food is good though.
Famous Mexican food nearby UT Austin campus! As a tourist, this is one of the best taco in town and I fell in love for the first time with their guacamole! The beef and chicken meat tasted perfect with the tortilla!
Not the worst Chipotle location out there. Skimping is only bad with that one Hispanic chick in my experience. If she does your order get a disgusting combination of toppings and just leave them with the bowl before you pay 3 stars cause they can run out of food an hour before close
Chipotle on Guadalupe is by far the worst Chipotle that I have ever been to. I swear they don’t season the chicken, they always give super small portions, and they are always out of certain ingredients. Could have supply chain issues. Whenever I buy a Quesadilla it’s cut in rectangles instead of triangles which is a bit odd. Also would like to mention their water dispenser at the fountain has been broken for the past 4 years and takes me like 5 minutes to fill up a small water cup. I get that it’s a super busy campus fast food restaurant, but come on man, this is just poorly ran.
If you ever come here when they actually have more than 1 food option, prepare to be disappointed by the total lack of service. This place is ran as if it was a soup kitchen and not a restaurant with paying customers. They are often out of over half the protein options, often also not having veggies, cheese, or extras. I'm not sure if this is an issue with them not supplying the restaurant properly or to having lazy employees but I suspect its a mixture of both. If over half the protein options are not there, one would expect the staff to be working hard in order to replace them but I often see them sitting back and just chatting around not doing anything to fix this issue(almost like they assume their PAYING CUSTOMERS should just take whatever they have leftover from lunch service). Either fix the supposed supply issue or make your lazy staff cook the protein you have. Last time I came here, I paid over $12 for a small portion burrito bowl after waiting 30 minutes in a line of literally 2 people and when I asked for a bag because I have to walk almost a mile to go back, I was refused by the lazy cashier even though there were bags around 5 feet away, which I pointed out, and she was just too lazy to go and get them and even RUDELY responded by saying that she "didn't have time for this" and when I reminded her that I was just asking her to do her job, she muttered an expletive at me. This level of service and lack of options is the worst I have ever seen and I would gladly rate 0 stars for it if possible. To whomever runs this branch of chipotle, know that just because college students need to eat doesn't mean you should serve them in the worst way possible. We are still your paying customers.
Although the service was quick, I was disappointed in my bowl. The portions had half scoops and I found a piece of plastic in my bowl. When I mentioned it to them, they took my bowl and asked if I wanted a remake of the bowl; however, I would not want to eat here if I already found a piece of plastic prior.
