Can't give an honest rating cause in reality, it's closed! Tried calling the phone number and it's disconnected. I work in the area walk by that address almost every day, and never seen it.

Location is closed, spent a good 10 minutes or so doing laps around the area only to find out from Penn 1 building staff that they're closed possibly due to construction in the area.
