***DOMINIQUE*** GIVE HER AN AWARD! I’d stop going to FUKU because the service was pretty bad for a while. TONIGHT (Friday Feb 2 7:11 pm) I was given the “DOMINIQUE TREATMENT”! She treated me so kindly, as if she were welcoming me into her home. Service of this caliber is rare. She even wrapped my drink for my travels, and gave advice on how to safely pack it. The young man she had cooking with her was also focused and still kind in his service as well… IM GOING BACK FOR SURE! THANK YOU DOMINIQUE AND YOUNG MAN WITH THE HAT. (I should’ve gotten his name lol) Vegetarian options: Impossible nuggies

Restaurant located inside of Hudson yards on the second floor. I was attending a conference at the Javits center so I walked over. The first day i ate at this restaurant everything was hot and tasted good. I got the wings and fries. The wings were freshly cooked and seasoned perfectly. The next day I ordered lunch during the conference, I got the wings. This time, they tasted bad, and were dried out and tough. I was so disappointed at the waste of $18 for 6 wings. Because I was short on time, I couldn’t return them Place is small. Not a lot seating space. The mall has seating space in the public areas but not easy to find empty open space . Very pleasant and greeted warmly when entering. Not group,wheelchairs or pet friendly. Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair assessable

Lunch stop with Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich. Pros: very good crunch on chicken, cooked nicely. Arrived hot and fries were crispy. Spice level higher than fast food options but still not real habanero spice level. Cons: Took 15+ minutes to get a simple order. Fries are over salted. Spice level is lacking. Meal cost $18.50 and that’s with promo pricing for Knockout Sando.

If you’ll eat anything, you’ll love it here. If you’re a foodie, you actually enjoy the taste of food do not ever ever ever ever ever come here. Ish was trash.

Wanted to love Fuku since we live nearby, but they make it hard for you. We waited 20 minutes for our food, even though there was no line when we ordered. This being a fast food joint I can live with 5--6 minutes, 20 is a disaster. Especially when there was four people working. Chicken burger was average, but boring. The OG was decent, but nothing special. Sweet Chick is a WAY better alternative for fast food chicken burger. Had a mini sando that was chewy and dry, basically unedible. The waffle fries had little taste and no crispiness, they must have been made way before we started waiting 20 minutes. Tables and floors were dirty and sticky, and there were no napkins. Staff was polite and friendly, though. Also shout out to the general manager who actually replies to reviews both good and critical. Hope they get their act together, Fuku could be a nice alternative to the Hudson Yards Shake Shack on the fourth floor.
