Totally incompetent coat check staff. Gave me the wrong bag - they lost my keys; laptop and jacket. Horrible :(

Great party spot. Multifloor venue in UES with very professional staff. Good choices of appetizers going around. The drink options are more limited, but fair. Fun get together spot overall.

UPDATE 03/2024: Went back this week for dinner and well congrats they are down to ONE star now. Yes, the place is so pretty to look at but that’s where it ends. It is like fast casual quality food still ridiculously overpriced. The staff also does not make you feel welcome or seem to care at all. I have been to so many of the best and “hardest” restaurants to dine at and have never experienced such a bad staff. I do not see how this place will continue much longer. Two stars for the design/decor/architecture…and that’s where the fab fun ends. The food is insanely overpriced basics. The drinks were fine and again $$$. The staff…not sure who trained them to be so pretentious but wow, talk about rude and unwelcoming. In 2023 we should all feel more welcome and connected than ever before given what the past few years have been yet at Casa Cruz it seems they don’t want to welcome you let alone make you feel comfortable. There is a difference between “exclusive” and rude. Many other places nearby that are lovely with a much better experience.
