Carrabba's Italian Grill - Airport

We had to set ourselves, the service was slow, and the food was up to Carrabba's standards.

Had to wait half an hour to be seated. Then another hour for food. And when it came out it was severely underseasoned. Had to ask for bread and when they did give it to us, it was rock solid and cold. Didn't give us the dressing we asked for and we got our drinks, appetizers, and entrees all at the same time. If you're looking for food at the Atlanta airport go to panda express or something. Not worth the price AT ALL.

It was busy with a 15 min wait that was only 5. I ordered a chicken parm sandwich that was a waste of money. First, they use two exceedingly thin pcs of small, round chicken that were so over cooked, I had to cut about one third off. Cutting was not easy even with the knife. Hardly any sauce on a thick bun with sparse cheese. After dropping food off, about 35 min after I ordered it, server only reappeared with check. She was very busy but without time to check on us. I would not recommend this place. There is a chic fil a around the corner. Wish I saw that first.

Good food, GOOD SERVICE, BUT SLOW EVERYTHING!

Despite being there with over an hour and half until my connection flight left, I left without eating my dinner. I ordered a steak with asparagus and it took over an hour to get out. I had asked for it Medium and it came out well done. It was way over cooked and TOUGH. The asparagus was overly salty. I couldn't eat it. I had the minestrone soup and that was all I could eat because it came out 45 min beforehand. My server was fine but wasn't attentive. After my cup of soup was dropped off he didn't come again to clear the table or give me an update on my order. I had to ask for an update ans then again i had to inform him i had 20min before my fligjt left. I couldn't tell if it was a front of house, back of house, or both issue but nonetheless I won't be returning to eat here next time I am here.

Slow service. I had a 2 hour wait time until my flight, but it was pretty obvious after I sat down that it wouldn't be enough time. I left before ordering and went somewhere else. More wait staff are needed for the amount of tables they have. After reading someone else's review about the cockroach, it's probably better that I left.

I felt very bad for the servers at this place because they were out of almost everything we asked for, which I'm sure is very frustrating for them... and to top everything off there was a window with the sun coming through right onto our table and they couldn't lower the shades because that was broken.

First, I understand that this was the only sit down place with kitchen open late in terminal... and it's an airport restaurant, but the food was bland, romanite old, alfredo cream soggy, pasta rubbery, ate the protein and left it alone as it's never good to return stuff to any kitchen (been in a few so I know)...lady next to me had a similar experience as she barely touched her food. Only good thing is that staff was corteous and attentive even as it was packed.
