My family stopped in here for lunch, had the classic cheesesteak, bbq, and meatball subs. Everything was great, service was great, all were happy

Did not care for the Bobbie. Was told stuffing is "Stovetop", while SM menus and adverts state "homemade". Um, okay, out of the box HM . Ordered the Bob COLD, guy warmed protein on flat top -- the flavour profile of poultry changes when warmed after initial cooking. I do not care for that, that is why I ordered COLD. IDK, not really worth the trip down University for that.

I ordered through Grubhub tonight and my driver had to wait almost 30 minutes. I called and asked what the problem was, and she hung up on me. I called back 3 more times, and she picked up the phone and hung up immediately. Too bad, because I liked the food. Needless to say I'm not going back anymore, or ordering through Uber Eats or Grubhub. Jersey Mike's will be just fine.

Amazing Wagyu Cheese Steak sandwich. Made fresh with lots of meat and hot or sweet peppers. Not easily noticed location but most definitely worth the stop!

To the new guy working there that took our order, please quit. The way your manager talked to you and treated you while serving us was absolutely horrible. It made my boyfriend and I feel extremely awkward and we feel so bad for you. You deserve better.

My son and I went a couple of weeks ago and I got the Bobbie and I’m not sure what he had. I ordered a small and he ordered a medium and they were both the same size. My sandwich was flavorless and super cold, almost out of the freezer. The girl that took our order wasn’t friendly and seemed annoyed that we took a couple of minutes (no one behind us) to figure out what we wanted. Not impressed, wasted a lot of money as the sandwiches are over priced and won’t be back. I messaged the store and waiting on a reply

I came to try their pastrami sandwich, but they were all out at 1:00. Then, I ordered one of their wagu beef sandwiches and was served a regular. Cheese steak sandwich instead. Took it back and was served 2 very cold, thin slices of ? Wagu beef a little cheese and a tinynamount of cold slaw on a huge bun. Won't be back sadly. I was so hopeful. Plus, they had the AC blasting freezing us out. Asked them to warm it up, and they made it colder.

Priced fairly, fresh, service was a 10. Great sandwich. I got the Bobby, waygu, turkey. All great.
