Middle Eastern food or Mesopotamian cooking has a long history returning somewhere in the range of 10,000 years, spreading over entire societies, such as the Sumerians, Akkadians, Babylonians, Assyrians, and ancient Persians. We do our absolute best to ensure that we protect these antiquated customs, yet also endeavor to carry them with quality service in order to ensure an astonishing dining experience.
