The customer service was perfect, and they were very patient since we don't know English!

Please don't blame the staff. They're doing their best. Management, on the other hand, has room for improvement. One of the TVs used to display the menu was not working. The employee seemed uncertain about the fix. Again, not their fault. The coca-cola super fancy machine had no ice. But the staff is great and the food is alright.
