Service /wait time terrible. They totally worked on car line before inside customers

I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but I have had repetitive bad experiences at this location. My order is wrong every time. My husband ordered a sweet tea, they gave him unsweetened. He asked for them to switch it for a sweet tea, the staff member took his cup back from him, and dumped Splenda packets into the tea, and handed it back to him. Will not be returning to this location. It is utter chaos.

Rough location..

Waiting 40+ minutes for an order I placed ahead of time is insane! Then the girl brings only my sandwich to my car and tells me she has to go back inside to make my drink because she had to service other cars (mind you, these cars got here AFTER me). I had to wait another 10+ minutes just to get my drink which I had to call to remind them I was still waiting. Finally get my drink (mocha frappe) but wouldn’t you know it, no straw. Girl had to run back inside. Pathetic customer service! Normally, I wouldn’t even write a review, but I have a three week old, hence the reason I did a call ahead order.

I was pulled into a parking spot because the car in front of me was pulled forward to wait for are food then when I got it I notice I was missing 40 chicken nuggets so I had to walk back inside i stood at the counter for about 5 minutes be for I was helped then after I told the girl what was wrong I still had to wait 5 more minutes for my chicken nuggets Kid-friendliness: They have an indoor playground
