Have not been there for a while every time I get my it's cold haven't got a hot one in a long time I just stop going there not just in Madison I tried Athens and harvest Alabama same thing not as good as it use to be I like mine hot not gonna bring a microwave

The voice of the lady in speaker box is amazing, food is slappin, go get you some grub!!

Excellent service and food. I have taken my son by here everyday for two weeks while he was on break and they have been consistent and quick. The man working the drive thru is always so courteous and polite. 10/10 for any fast food place around! Highly recommend!

This location is almost never open inside anymore. Meme used to be the assistant manager and did a great job with this location. I have not seen her in weeks. I certainly hope the two things are not related.

Terrible service! Not only the 10-15 minute wait with just one car in line. We get our food, and I ask for our dipping sauces, I'm told we have to pay for. Ok, but I didn't even get the sauces for the food I ordered like the chicken nuggets and onion rings. No o-ring sauce or the other sauces we asked for. But promptly told we had to pay for them. Sorry, but the food isn't good enough to deal with this type of headache. I'd go some where else or atleast a different BK!

These are the friendliest people I’ve ever encountered at a fast food restaurant to be honest customer service is probably the best out of all the restaurants around thank you guys for being great Kid-friendliness: They are just so kind to all people
