Burger King

Horace was a very helpful with a 40 burger order I placed, He was fast and very professional about it! We need more people like him in the fast food industry

Terrible service they only had two. The dining room was dirty bathrooms were locked I would never go back. There's no wonder why Burger King franchises are closing left and right.

My recent visit to Burger King was marred by repeated order mistakes and rude behavior from the staff. Despite bringing these issues to their attention, they refused to rectify their errors and were downright unpleasant. Fast food or not, basic courtesy should never be overlooked. Burger King needs to prioritize customer service and ensure a better experience for all patrons.

Wednesday at 8:39pm closed!!! Really the employe inside playing on her phone and says it’s closed, when its says open till 12 pm. Worst management ever!!!

I recently ordered 3 items thru DOORDASH and when the Dasher got there to pick up MY ORDER, one item is unavailable but I couldn't replace WITH something else. The staff said " I need TO ORDER again for a new item which is the the Cheese Cheese Sticks. If they don't have it, it should be specified I their App or I was allowed to have a Substitution. But they said NO. Seriously? And I paid for this?????? So, guess what .....I CANCELED MY ORDER. GOT MY MONEY BACK. Don't waste your time here. They are LAZY. SHAME ON YOU BURGER KING. NOT ORDERING HERE IN THIS LOCATION. I ordered SOMEWHERE better and got all my money back. Got my food @ OUTBACK!!!!!!!MUCH MUCH BETTER!!!!!!! HA! DO NOT ORDER HERE. THEY DON'T HAVE THE FOOD YOU LIKE. JUST ALL JUNK!!!!!!

OK so me and my boyfriend went to this burger King at around 6 and they had the doors locked and there was people inside ordering and I would like to talk to the owner cause there was no reason for the doors to be locked and we knocked on the door and people looked at us like we were nuts so some thing needs to be done at this burger King

Don’t come at 10:15, wait in line to order, be told to hold a few minutes once it’s your turn and then be told it will be a while before cause they are switching to lunch, even though they don’t switch till 10:30.
