Amazing meal. I won’t go into details, you should experience it yourself but I had this oatmeal raisin cookie afterwards from some local cookie spot and it just tastes like sadness compared to that food I had at Bruto. It tastes like nothing compared to all the flavors each bite had. Hopefully this is just a temporary side effect, and not long lasting.

Fabulous dining experience. Chef’s table style. Every dish was expertly prepared. I loved how they told you about almost every ingredient they use and where it comes from. I enjoyed every course thoroughly. Their scallops and quail were standouts for me. And their bread is unbelievable. A must try!

Food was pretty, drink pairings were well thought out. For the price I was surprised that there wasn’t more attention to detail in the space/ service itself. I have no idea what the concept is other than omakase served food that is beautiful. I have no idea who the chef is, wasn’t aware of what the sourcing was for The bespoke items, and the bathroom was absolutely the stinkiest horror show. Staff was fun, smart and energetic. Nice food, but not worth the $600 plus for two with wine pairing.

We had the best time at Bruto! Dean and Janette were amazing and made the night unforgettable. They guided us through the delicately curated 6-course omakase, showcasing seasonal and local ingredients beautifully. Getting to watch the chefs, mixologists and entire team execute a flawless service right in front of you grounds you and leaves you with a truly unique dining experience. 10 out of 10 would recommend, we will definitely be back for the Spring menu!

The food and service was top knotch. It was exactly what should be expected with a Michelin Star restaurant. With that said, i did not f did not enjoy the wine or drink pairing as much as the food. I felt the drinks were unique but did not accent the dish as well as other rated restaurants that I have been to. I would still highly recommend Bruto!

Planned a fun dinner experience with friends and had a delicious meal, good drinks paired with the meal, and every bite makes your taste buds keep wanting more! The bathroom down the elevator was a little like the Stanley Hotel with footsteps in the dark and that's part of the unique experience too. So, yes, check out the bathroom when you go.

Bruto offered some really unique and excellent dishes but the overall package is rough around the edges. Out of six courses two were excellent (a bison tongue taco, brilliantly paired with an exceptional small batch cider, and mole with their magical bread). Two were very good (quail and cabbage, which had really nice elements but was excessively salty, and the opening crudo), and two just didn’t work for me (sunchoke risotto and caviar, the caviar completely overpowered, and a desert pairing squash with lemon ice cream). Service was similarly uneven, ranging from standoffish to evervescent, but never particularly personal. The food is provocative and interesting and I appreciated the creative wine pairings, but there’s still some polishing to do to live up to the Michelin star shine.
