Doesn't taste or look like Boston Market Mac n cheese. Mashed potatoes either. They taste like boxed mashed. Either the menu changed or this location isn't serving the food they should be serving.

I like Boston market the best I ever had was in Hagerstown MD. Sadly it is closed permanently. The food always hot everything on menu available.. the place always busy...today we went to one in ft Lauderdale Fl..I was disgusted ..hurt my stomach still in pain. First we went in no customers 3 ladies working ..the one tending the chicken not one chicken was in the grill cooking .. the menu board only 2 working but not very informative on choices a scratched out paper posted what they didn't have and it was not clear. When I ordered I was told don't have dark meat I asked why they don't have chicken ..I just stared at her..then she said I can give you half of chicken I didn't want it but my daughter said she eats white meat so we said ok...well I was totally shocked 47.00 later only bottle drinks available the fountain drinks machine not working. Women's bathroom out of order..the food was cold the corn tasted like it was washed in chemical rinse chicken so dry mashed potatoes cold gravy cold the corn bread was in a brown paper bag ice cold and so flat you had to look to make sure corn muffin. We couldn't eat had to throw it away .. I will never ever eat at Boston market again..this was the worst ever experience with Boston market. And it cost so much .. awful .. I recommend nothing ..they only had chicken and turkey nothing else ... I will not give a rating ....

Listen up people please don't go to this Boston Market location , first of all it is desolate dingy and smelly inside the food was not fresh looked dried out and the chicken was horrible I figured out something was a miss when the lot was empty just look at the outside pic , again please don't go to this location

Sides look like they were sitting there for hours, no one was inside to eat, place looks dingey as if they are going out of business.

I was so excited to try Boston market for the first. I ordered it for my whole office from the minute i stepped into the restaurant the employees were rude. This establishment is so unprofessional. I order 8 chicken and 12 sides and all the food was cold. The cashier Kim would not give me the items when I first arrived. Do not eat at this restaurant if you wanna go to Boston market, I highly recommend you go to a different location.
