Pollo Tropical

Impossible to get lunch here on a lunch break because the drive through line is wrapped around the plaza and the inside line is out through the door.

It's disappointing to see such a good framchise have a bad location like this one. The food was decent. But the sodas tasted like tap water with gas bubbles in it. The service was absolutely horrendous, the workers seemed to have an attitude to not give a crap if they got your order wrong to where I had to insist in 3 different occasions just to get what I paid for, and it wasn't worth my money at all. It's a shame, because I enjoy going to this restaurant, but this place is a shame to the franchise. And to top it all off, it seems that my friend's browsing history is cleaner than this place, meaning the bathroom, the tables, the floor. All dirty to the point where we had to be the ones to clean up to sit in a table. I don't usually do these types of reviews, but this crossed the line. I apologize, but absolutely horrible experience here.

Every day I take my lunch at The El Pollo Tropical, I have a Issues on this place Today I ordered half chicken and they put me two wings and two breasts

Super stressful experience at 12:30 pm. Food and cost was not worth the anxiety of waiting to done inside. Maybe next time drive thru but that was super stressful as well with a car line of over 10 plus cars. Not going back for lunch. Sorry Pollo. :'(
