The amount of thoughtfully created vegan sushi here makes this a hard to pass up restaurant! Truly one of my favorite spots in the state

This is such a cute place. They have plenty of vegan and gluten free options. The food is yummy. The service was great. I will be returning.

Starting with the stellar service provided by our serv er Calistsa, we had the very best Anniversary experience. She helped guide us. The sushi items are beyond belief and a culinary treat Not only did the food we eat delight our tastebuds they were beautiful. I will add pics to this review in a bit. If you have every had ceviche before please order here. Their ceviche is so lovely...just spicy enough...with such a nice citrus addition. It's a bit pricier than some places but I admit - they earned every cent from the service to the food quality. The Godzilla pics on the wall where we sat also were the best and entertained everyone in our area. I plan on Blue Sushi being one of our regular date nite locations.

I drive here from an hour away because it’s absolutely worth it! The atmosphere and service are both great, and the food is phenomenal. Every roll I’ve tried is delicious, I feel like you can’t go wrong with whatever you choose. The crispy Brussels sprouts app is a must. Their cocktails are also beautiful and tasty.

This will be your next sushi spot! We went for lunch and were floored by the service (Charlotte), food, and value of this restaurant. We tried 5 appetizers, 4 rolls, and 1 dessert all for around $100 in total. The coconut crab soup is smooth, hearty, and a great way to start your lunch or dinner. If you like edamame, make sure to try the charred edamame. The flavor is so different than traditional and you’ll never want to find the bottom of the bowl. All in all, this is a great place to get food in Keystone and I can’t wait to go back!
