While inside ordering there were 4 employees and the woman taking drive thru orders was talking poorly about the customers in the drive thru and making fun of people while we were waiting on our food. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL group in there.
My sandwich was so small, looked like it had been squished, it was wrapped like a balled up piece of paper, so the topping slopped on.
The cashier was nice, it tasted good when though it was so so so small.
The store is creepy with no tables.
For a $7 sandwich, I will not be returning. Put some care into your product.
Bagels are good, service was good. Inside seating is not allowed and only 5 tables outside
Horrible service, under staffed and they constantly get orders wrong. Today, the drivethru was closed again, clealry due to staffing issues. There were 20 guests waiting for food or to order. The last time they sent me home with the wrong food. The time before, I selected to have the order ready immediately on the app. After arriving to the location, I learned that meant 2 hours from the time I ordered. This is the most poorly run franchise location that I have ever encountered. The fact they are still open is miracle.
Didn't get my second bagel ordered and the inside was closed, so I couldn't go inside to fix it. There were 5 people in the drive through line that I had already waited through. Zero stars if I could. Will not be back.
They cleared out the seating for Covid and never brought it back. The person behind the counter said the revenue remained close to the same so they don’t care. WOW! Talk about a company that doesn’t care about their customers and only the dollar. Very disappointed.
