Authentic Greek, Cypriot and Turkish cuisine

Went back after a year or so. Excellent again. Moussaka: Outstanding. Stuffed Grape leaves: Vegetarian, as they should be, outstanding. Bean Salad: amazing. Spanakopita not really spanakopita, they got lazy there. Took it off the bill. They were a bit embarrassed, I think. Excellent wine selection. Best greek food in the area by a LOT

Amazing first experience! We were seated immediately upon arrival, and our waiter was promptly at our table to take drink orders. The food was incredibly fresh and tasty. Highly recommend

Wow! This was like walking right into Greece, but you're still in Sarasota! Our table near the cooking area was in the center of the food action. The lemon chicken and potatoes and chicken skewers were outstanding. Wonderful authentic Greek flavor. Great glasses of red wine were available (and consumed) and a super piece of Greek orange cake (portokalopita) was devoured. We ordered 2 more pieces of the orange cake to go! The Greek staff were super friendly, efficiently taking our orders, delivering food, and being available but not hovering. We saw the pieces of wood heaped with lambchops and french fries and seafood go by and they looked to be amazing. Will have to try that next time.

Excuse the half-eaten photos… but when you try this place you’ll understand! There was no time to wait for pictures, the food is that AMAZING!! Some of the best flavors and combinations… the meat was cooked to perfection. The lamb chops… oh my!!! Must try. Dietary restrictions: Gluten Sensitivity

Delicious and vegetarian friendly! Everything we ate was amazing and the place was cozy and welcoming. I have a Greek husband and we also were able to buy some Greek teas, honey to take home and even dried beans/pasta! They were all reasonable prices and you can’t get them easily. Highly recommend this place for a nice date. I don’t have pictures because it was too delicious to wait!
