A way better experience with the ambiance coming in to eat as opposed to ordering. Very lively in here. Moderately noisy. Everyone is busy in their own congratulations on this Easter day. The service is awesome. We put our names in ahead of time, just in case. Hubby had the prime rib. I had a salmon bowl, they're so yummy. We both shared potstickers, an old-fashioned and Kim Crawford sauvignon blanc. Our server Cassidy did her job well. We will be back. I hope you get to enjoy your Easter after work. Wonderful job. Sarah was awesome as well the second go around.

Got appetizer on Happy hour menu, spinach and artichoke dip, along with a free Pizookie for my cousin's birthday service was okay for the late night dining experience.

I order take-out from BJ''s often. I always go in and pick up my order. However, today I requested curbside due to an injury. I called in when I arrived. About 10 minutes later a waitress came out and said she would be back shortly with my order. I received a notification that my order was being packed up. A half an hour later and I still don't have my order. I called BJ's again and a girl answered and said she would bring me my order. When she did it was cold. I asked if they could heat it up. She acted like I was putting her out. She said they would remake the food. I asked if I will get a discount because now I have to sit here for another half an hour. She said it's up to her manager and took the food and went inside. I now have been waiting an hour for my food. I think the least they can do is throw in a cookie or something. That's good customer service. I definitely will not be ordering my food from this location again. I usually order from the Truxel location. But, Arden was on my way home. The Truxel location has friendly people working there. They have always been on time and extremely nice. It's convenient this BJ's at the mall. But, if you don't have to go to the mall, I would go to the Truxel location.

The Manager Nick is the Best. BJ’s is my favorite restaurant but I’ve come a few time and the cook just couldn’t get it right. Within a matter of minutes Nick has been right over each time without me having to ask for a manager, just to check in and make sure my family and I are happy. I appreciate that so much. Customer service this amazing will ensure the customer always returns. I’ll be back. Food is amazing as usual. Thank youuuuuu <3
