Looking for a cozy place to host an event with a warm atmosphere, attentive and accommodating service and a 21st Century take on French Bistro cuisine? Stop looking! My birthday party brunch for 20 could not have been more fun and memorable, thanks to Ryleigh, Nick and the entire staff. When Covid postponed the initial celebration, they graciously and patiently waiting nearly a month. Not all businesses would be so generous. This was a custom affair at a closed restaurant so we had free reign -- special beverages, passed appetizers, champagne, and then guests chose from among four entrees before a clever dessert. The service was what I've come to expect at Bistronomy -- personable, fun, engaging and not intrusive. They genuinely were there to enjoy the celebration. Anna Bennett of Annie b. shop created lovely bouquets and gift bags. The reviews from the guests are in. This truly was a special event celebrated with lovely friends at a venue perfect for my kind of hospitality. Thank you!

Our experience at Bistronomy by Nico, under the culinary guidance of Head Chef Jim O'Connor, was nothing short of extraordinary. Despite the bustling New Year's Eve atmosphere, the flavors served were out of this world, each dish perfect in both taste and presentation. What set this evening apart was the personal touch; even on such a busy night, Chef Jim took a moment to step out, greet us, and ensure our culinary experience was exceptional. At the bar, Kristen exuded energy and friendliness. Her vibrant presence added to the overall warmth of the atmosphere. Nick's extensive knowledge of wines was not only impressive but paired seamlessly with his ability to make us feel like the sole focus of his attention in a crowded room. It's not just about the incredible food; it's about the people who make the experience memorable. Bistronomy boasts a team that goes beyond providing amazing flavors; they genuinely care about creating a remarkable dining experience. Our New Year's Eve celebration was elevated by not only the delicious dishes but also the hospitality and warmth of the staff. It was an unforgettable evening that reflects the passion and dedication of Bistronomy's team. We'll be back soon!

We had the bouillabaisse....absolutely disgusting! A couple of pieces of fish in a gross white sauce.

Excellent waitstaff and atmosphere. The food is fantastic. Tight menu that covers all the bases. The chocolate mousse is sublime!

We get around..just had never made it to bistronomy. Our most frequent conversation has been how restaurants with high prices can be so inconsistent. To the point that we won't pay the price to go back for inconsistent results. So we finally make it to bistronomy. From the first minute to the last these people know what they are doing and they deliver in spades. Don't want to gild the lily but it's in our top 3 to return to. Thank you for great food and a great evening.

Amazing!! So I have to say that I came here for brunch and everything about my experience was outstanding! Our server Dalton was amazing and was very attentive and informed not only about the menu but the interesting history of the restaurant owner and his story. I brought my mother here for brunch and the menu did not disappoint! Very authentic French cuisine and super cool ambiance. We had the best seat in the house by the window so we could people watch as we listened to the Sunday jazz music playing. We had the omelette which was prepared with mushrooms and French ham. Start with the baguette. Trust me! We also had fresh peaches they had brought in from Springs SC. All in all you are missing out if you don’t pay them a visit. Best Brunch in Charleston! Ask for Dalton! He really made our night enjoyable!!
