Corn beef in the cast iron was great. Make sure yo get the Cinnamon roll with fresh cream cheese frosting!

Recommended by locals who worked at the Charleston Place Hotel (non-concierge people.) Food is outstanding and there is a wait unless you are lucky enough to get a seat at the counter. The grits are cooked gritty and i do not care for them alone, but incorporate in a dish with gravy, its great. The taste of the food is great and the biscuits and cinnamon rolls are very fluffy.

There was an hour wait to get in, but they take your phone number and notify you when your table is ready. We walked to the water and did some sight seeing during our wait. We had the banana bread and crab balls to start. They were delicious. The sauce for dipping the crab balls was perfect. I ordered the Millers plate with grits and my son gave me one of his home fries. That is the thing at the top of my plate. Best home fry I've had. All the food was so tasty and the staff was super friendly. Totally worth the wait!
