Even 0 Star i give you because poor customer service, don't know about 2quater paks price, west to time and drive 12 miles so gas to, Woodstock Townlake pkwy and this location price way to different not ever 2-5 dollars atlest 15 dollar different, Quter pack in cooler different price because worker says this not fresh so cheaper, Please beware to by cooler quater pack no idea how many days or months they pack this box so don't be sick to eat those pre pack in cooler they sale, Never go again this location

If these two employees are the best you can get, time to shut it down. An ice cream establishment that struggles with understanding, promptness, and any type of courtesy when serving two kids' single scoops orders. Riduculous. Rudely told to "Be patient!" while the employee disappeared between making the two, again, two single scoop orders while we watched the other guy just give up and lay his head on the counter. Never got a greeting or any other acknowledgement.

The pralines and cream ice cream was freezer burned. Don’t know how long that ice cream has been sitting in the freezer but it was definitely not what it used to be.

Its ice cream how can it be bad

There is not a Baskin-Robbins within a 20 mile radius of my house. I was in Marietta yesterday for an event and stopped off on my way home. It was 9 pm and the hours posted on the door said they closed at 10pm. The door was locked and I could see an employee in the back. Very disappointing.

Called this morning to inquire if they had Baseball Nut in. Took forever for them to answer the phone, but when they did a very DISRESPECTFUL lady answered the phone and when I asked I was replied with “No we do not. Sorry. Have a nice day” and then hung up on me. I was not done speaking to her as I had more questions. May want to consider some customer service training because I am not giving a place with bad customer service my money.

I preordered a specialty birthday cake a week ago. When I called the day b4 I was to pick it up, I got excuses excuses. Long story short, no cake but BR sure didn’t mind charging me promptly for the order. Oh I could come get a shelf one, no!

I came by tonight at 930pm. They close at 10pm. When I got here the employees closed the door and turned the lights out and watched from the back room. Maybe hours need to be changed.
