Applebee's Grill + Bar

Steak and shrimp I ordered costed $40, the shrimp was frozen and stank, and the waitress made us wait for almost 45 minutes before taking our payment.

If I could give zero stars I would. This has been my neighborhood Applebees for over 10 years and the service I experienced tonight was beyond terrible. I sat at a table with my family for over 40 mins before my drink order could be taken. The server for our section walked past our table multiple times. Offered desserts to another table and even went to clean off an empty table and still never greeted us. I had to have my brother alert the manager just so that we could order drinks. After that our drinks sat at the bar for 10 mins getting watery. Food came out about 25 mins afterwards. Maybe they’re short on staff again but they’ve been short of staff before and service was never this bad. They definitely need stronger servers. I watched 3 families walk back out after standing at the door for over 10 minutes with no service. This was totally unacceptable. If you’re looking for a job serving please apply here. They need help desperately.

Took advantage of the the 50 cent wing deal..they put out food on table and began to explain after our food was in front of us they were out out the sides we ordered.wasnt bad service but it crossed me funny.seems like no communication with kitchen or more likely bad management.all they comped was what they didn't have.....the aggravation is worth more especially when having a family dinner out of your own home that you normally do all the cooking.thats the point you eat out once in a blue moon.service was great.town center at Cobb needs management

20 minute wait with only 3 tables seated. The entire restaurant was completely empty.

We stopped at Applebee's on our way to TN. Our server, Kathy E. was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond for our party of 4. She was attentive to our needs and brought us things without even having to ask for them (extra napkins and refills). Overall, our food was a bit over salted, but Kathy made up for that with her sweetness. Thank you for the extra lemons for my tea
