The people who work here truly need to work on their customer service my husband walked away based solely on there lack of customer service!!!! When you work with the public greet your customers, smile be friendly etc. Every time I come it's the same spirit. Btw food is ok

Horrible experience. Everybody rude from the cashiers to the cooks. He dropped the spatula he was cooking with and picked it up and continued to make food. Young boys at register are rude and seem to not like the job

Food was hot & fresh but Philly meat was severely overcooked. The atmosphere was the mall typical mall vibes. Customer service was very poor and employees seem annoyed.

The steak meat tasted like rubbery over cooked steak. I requested for mushrooms and onions tomatoes added but no they did not put it on my Philly steak sandwich. The worst.

Trash!!!! It tasted Like my cheese and meat were old and sour. No seasoning. Waste of $35, will not return.
