Wow, Wow, Wow! This is a great place and the food, service and atmosphere were all fantastic! We had Alexandra as our server and she made great recommendations. The food was very authentic and fresh! Giovanni also came over and asked about our experience. The whole experience was great! Parking: All good
Wife said pasta was fantastic. However both fish and chicken entrees were awful. Garlic bread was awful too. Go for pasta, apparently nothing else
Delicious fast authentic. We had an amazing dinner everything worked perfectly. Fritto misto crispy burrata antipasto and fettuccine tartufo the flavor was to die for and Ossobuco with polenta. Can’t describe wonderful.
Great Italian place in the heart of La Mesa. Went here for a friends birthday. We had a large table of 12 and our servers accommodated us throughout the meal. I ordered a sparkling rose which was good, our server recommended large appetizer platters for our table, a small sampling of multiple appetizers. They were all really good. Our table has 3 platters which I think came out to like $240 which is pretty hefty price for apps , but then again it did feed 12 people, plus we took some apps home as well. My wife got the Brie, honey and onion Bruschetta. She liked it but said probably wouldn’t have ordered it again. I had the Ragu della Nonna, PHENOMENAL pasta. The noodles were soft and filling and the slow cooked beef was great. Such a simple pasta and it was fine so well. Others at our table said they enjoyed their pastas as well. Definitely recommend this place for a party or a family get together.
The pasta dishes were amazing. The sauces were creamy and flavorful and the past was fresh and al dente. The staff was friendly and paid attention to details. The restaurant is homey and beautifully designed.
Went for the first time yesterday evening and loved it. Well be back .
