Surf & Soul Spot

Sooo delicious Great portions I had the shrimp and grits and let me tell you I would go back just for that!! The shrimp was a nice size perfectly seasoned and the grits with the cheese was perfection Soo good My mother had the fried fish and she isn’t a fan of fried but said it was good The breadstick that came with the order was delicious too My only disappointment was the dessert I ordered the banana pudding It wasn’t Bad just not as good as I hoped since the other food was soo good I will definitely be returning Parking: Parking is a little tricky If you go on a weekday when there’s less traffic you should be fine I parked on the street a couple of feet away from the location There isn’t a big sign and it isn’t a big restaurant so you may miss it There’s no parking lot so you have to get the closest spot on the street You shouldn’t have to pay as you’re only picking up food for less than an hour

They never order enough food to run a business I've been trying to order pork chops. And they're always out

We ordered wings, shrimp, and catfish every item was on point! Bomb food.

The food here is amazing! The chicken, the Mac, and the sweet yams all had such good flavor. Definitely order ahead so you don’t have to wait as long - it’s a very popular spot. Can’t wait to go back!

Like going to this place the food is excellent. I was off 1 day during the week and was able to get something other than the food that they have on a weekend. Grilled shrimp and was good. Street parking is an issue, but driving around trying to find a parking space as well. It's worth the food that you order.

First time there I enjoyed the catfish, Turkey greens and black eyed peas and rice. Great meal !!!

This food always hit! As someone who cooks very well myself, I have to say this food is authentic and flavorful. I usually get the catfish platter (even the fries are good) and my son gets the wings, which he loves. I have had the catfish with two sides as well and the greens are so delicious! I also love their version of banana pudding, those crunchy cookies makes the banana pudding so enjoyable. Highly recommend if you are in the mood for some real soul food!
