Best donuts in town. As a Army Veteran they offer Military discount.

My latest visit to Amy's was a disappointment. We got a dozen donuts, most of which turned out to be dry and a couple even hard. The expectation is that for $22 a dozen you receive fresh, tender donuts. If they are day-old donuts, at least sell them for a discount. Amy's used to have a reputation for offering the best donuts in town. What happened?

Though the donuts are delicious and true to the brand, the service is pretty bad. The location is sometimes kinda stinky and sometimes a little dirty. I'll keep coming 'cause the donuts are so damn good tho.

Let me start by saying the donuts are great, as always. That being said the lady behind the counter is the reason for a 1 start rating. She was very rude and rushing us like she had something better to be doing (which was probably doing something on her phone in the back since she had her AirPods in). The “menu boards” or TVs were turned off so we had no idea of price or anything. She came up and rushed us and when we didn’t go as fast as she wanted she walked back to the back. After we made our decisions we stood there for about 2-3 minutes before she came back out. She came out with more attitude and when she checked us out was again very rude. I tapped my card and she threw/slid the donuts to us and immediately walked to the back. I understand some people have bad days, but very unwarranted attitude and behavior.

Ain’t no way there’s so many reviews from months ago about the rude customer service while there’s still a rude lady working there. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such rude customer service. She literally was so short and wouldn’t reply when we asked her questions. Didn’t even give us the total just tossed the donuts at the register. We could have easily walked out with them and I wish we did. I’ve never in my life not tipped anyone but I’m glad I didn’t.

I would give it a zero if I could. The staff was rude and unfriendly with a nasty attitude. The doughnuts were terrible and overpriced.

Donuts are delicious no complaints there, however 2 of the female employees never fail to disappoint with their service. From neglect while packaging the donuts to not being able to hear because they have their headphones blasting on top of the store’s own music system and rude attitude. The young male employee is in a class of his own even with his headphones in and a full lobby he was managing making donuts and helping all the customers in a timely manner by himself. Gold star to him, the other two need to step it up for sure
