Went here for Valentine's Day and ordered the tapout menu. Pork belly bao buns, duck egg rolls, and tuna roll were fine, though the nori was incredibly tough. Chocolate budino was serviceable though too much salt on top; creme brulee was approximately the same proportion of custard to sugar but tasted...fine. Pork dumplings arrived cold. Black garlic lo mein was very gummy with a wad of congealed noodles taking up about 20% of the plate, and sliced chicken inside seemed straight out of a Sysco bag. The real terror was the oxtail. I don't say this lightly--it was actually inedible. Completely desiccated, as if it had been in a low, dry oven for days. The fibers came apart like a bunch of toothpicks in my mouth--literally had to spit it out as it was not possible to swallow. Such a shame. Would not recommend and will not be returning.

Perfect example of how front end staff can KILL your company! 86 mile drive because we heard this place was good. Can't speak on the food due to the fact that the two people that we walked into were so rude we just turned and left for fear they may spit in our food. Situations like this are so sad for business owners. Of course the word we spread will NOT be good. I welcome a call from the owner to resolve this issue. I am easy to find

Pork dumplings: These were standard pork dumplings with decent flavor, I wish they made a custom vinegar sauce, I ended up using the black vinegar/ chili oil to add flavor Pork Belly Bao: These are decent, nothing special, a lot of flavor came from hoisin Duck Egg Roll: This was probably the best egg roll I’ve ever had Tuna Roll: Mine fell apart and was somewhat flat in flavor Sezchuan beef bowl: This was pretty good but more reminiscent of something you’d eat at Panda Express in a fine dining sort of way, the cold egg was good but it took a second to get used to Oxtail with rice noodles: This was honestly awful, it was mono flavored and my green onions had the texture of leather while my rice noodles didn’t finish cooking The chocolate dessert was good but a tad salty, the miso crème brûlée with bananas was awesome I’m a huge fan of four by brother luck so this place was disappointing. I think instead of doing fusion and rotating menus it would be cool to see this chef make a classic menu of dim sum with good ingredients like din tai fung. Since the restaurant is named after dumplings tackling technically difficult dishes like homemade low mein and soup dumplings would be way more interesting and much needed for this town. The atmosphere actually reminded me of a din tai fung in that the kitchen was visible but not the coolest display of dumpling making, it definitely didn’t feel upscale like the prices / portion sizes would suggest and our service was quite slow.

Huge letdown! Came for Valentine's day and, honestly, I would have preferred panda express. The pork dumplings were the only thing I enjoyed. The duck egg roll was mid. The lo mein was actually gross. It was an unseasoned plate of undercooked green bell pepper and carrots with a few noodles and a handful of chunked chicken from a Campbell's soup can. The chocolate tofu thing was mainly just salt. My fiance got the jalapeno poppers rangoons and said there was zero filling, her nori wrap was flavorless. The congee was mid, but she said the shrimp on top was okay. The banana creme brulee thing wasn't bad. On top of all this, it took absolutely forever to get the food out. This is a day and night experience from Four. Over there every single item was the most delicious thing I ever had, the service was impeccable, and orders arrived I'm a timely manner. I probably shouldn't compare these two restaurants, but I definitely feel like I wasted $150. Four isn't much more expensive and is an epic experience. At least there was beer. Definitely needed it.

Great food, cool atmosphere. Tapout option (7 course meal for 2) is definitely worth it. I overheard the server saying that they are going to be closing down soon and replaced with another Irish pub, so sad! Get it while you can!

It's permanently closed down! Was very excited to come here but unfortunately I've missed it. Looks like there's a nice new Irish pub opening in this location soon instead
