We ordered at the kiosk. It wouldn't take payments, so I ended up paying at the front. This ensured our number didn't get into the system. Waited almost 30 minutes for food. The service is worse than poor. It is non-existent. They did not give the soda, so I had to flag someone down. They tried to give me an old soda that had been sitting there and wasn't ours. I had to ask for a fresh one. Every worker acts like the front is not their responsibility. Couldn't get anyone to give us Ketchup, so we gave up. The food was cold, and the shakes were completely watery. It's not worth it

Whoever makes sandwiches in the mornings suck. I've been here 3 times so far, each time in the morning, and they've shat on my order every time How are the night folk?

They have become the new greasey spoon

No one greets you or Is acknowledge your existence. They hand you the food and can not even tell you have a nice day. The food I got had egg shells all throughout it and made it so you could not eat it . I would not go back.

Frappe machine broken for 2 months, ridiculous. Keep getting stuck in line for nothing.
