Run, don’t walk. Had happy hour on a Tuesday at 4:30pm. A bit early but I’m on EST so it was fine. Surprising (maybe because of the time) it was so empty for HH. Service was hospitable. Had the Marg Classic with tajin rim, was feeling it after one! Ordered the Carnitas Tacos off the HH menu. There are two and they are HUGE! The pork is tender, not soupy, little crispy. I asked for salsa. The red/brown salsa is perfection on everything. The spicy is VERY spicy but great when used sparingly. Definitely a must go casual place when in San Jose. Dietary restrictions: Lots of gluten free and dairy free options

Nice place when you wanna date your partner! Parking: You can park at the street.

Delicioso! Tried the fried fish and it was so good. Good sized portion for sure We will return to try more dishes...We hadn't been to this location for years and it was a nice surprise to see the quality and menu were improved. Very nice spot.

It was a lovely event and everything was excellent

Honestly, you’ll get better food and service at Luna one block over. The first time we came, we had the greasiest Mexican food imaginable. Tried again, and the bar service was terrible: even though there were only 8 tables occupied. Clearly someone hadn’t shown up for their shift but staff still took forever to take care of just 8 tables. The tables next to us also had to wait some 15 minutes just to order. Any other Mexican restaurant at least offers chips and salsa within that time. Nope, didn’t happen for any of the tables near us. Won’t be coming back.

We had a party of 7 there seated at 7:30. We were still there at 8:30. I guess they wanted us to leave, they opened the front and back doors, it was January and COLD outside, they then began blaring music where we couldn't hear each other talking. The bill was $320 which they added a 20% gratuity on top of. The place was decent but I wouldn't recommend for large groups.

Well, they've changed their menu from the last time; and I can say it has gone for the better! The menu is simple, clean, and very pleasant. I can also say the same for the staff - they're unpretentious & helpful with the menu's dishes if you're unfamiliar. I highly recommend, but don't expect a gringo party animal atmosphere.
