Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

the most disappointing part was that they were out of honey mustard. The food was fresh and hot though! The staff was friendly and were very apologetic about being out of my favorite sauce lol.

I was given the wrong sandwiches in the drive thru. I called to speak with the manager and the manager Nicole said, “she’s sorry and she’s busy with customers and to call back.” I’m a customer who paid for a club and received just a regular sandwich. It feels like management doesn’t care about customer service or if you receive what you paid for. It feels like theft.

Hadn't eaten at a Zaxby's before and was not disappointed at all! We got the Family 20-piece Tender meal for 1 adult and 3 kids and an additional meal for one.more adult. The chicken was delicious - all 3 kids ate at least 4 pieces. The seasoned fries were good, also. We will definitely go again if we are near one next time we go down south!
