I eat here about 3 times a week because my daughter loves it so much. That is just an excuse so I cant eat it whenever I want!
Only thing is the wait in line to order your food and the getting your food takes a bit of time
No response from the franchisee. That speaks volumes. Rhonda needs some training in the customer service area. After commenting that this was my first time ( and last all in one visit) at Zaxby’s, I ordered two meals and some sauce. No mention that it came with sauce was made. Nope. But, as one might expect, I’ll just give you sauce and charge you for the ones you asked for. Got me. That’s okay, I can afford it. That was so uncalled for and so easily avoidable. I can’t believe that the franchise holder allows bad help on his service counter. Better to run short staffed.
Good food. Expensive. Service could have been more accurate with the drive through order
All I ordered was a salad . The Texas toast that comes with it was hard. Threw the whole salad off. Not happy
Staff works well as a team and seems friendly and upbeat with the customers!
Awesome awesome awesome customer service. I felt very welcomed and even though one of my items was cold they took care of me and I appreciate that! If you’re ever in the area please come to this zaxbys it feels like one big happy family!
Place was slow when we came in, Service was not bad people were polite however with being this slow at 5 pm and the dining room being such a mess is crazy the fountain drink machine looked like it needs a good bath and please take out the trash no reason for it to be overflowing. Chicken was overcooked chewy not the Zaxby's I want to eat at
