Zaviya Grill

I went here last week while their website is showing they close at 11. However, after reaching there, I was informed that they closed at 9. They were not even apologetic about causing inconvenience to customer due to misinformation.

Tried Ramadan buffet iftar/dinner. It had a large variety of meat/vegetarian options, everything was authentic and cooked to perfection. Only complain i have is about lack of deserts, buffet had only one item:kheer. Will definitely go back again if I am in Austin next time.

We ordered 2 plates of biryani to go and there was barely any meat in the Chicken biryani, It was all bones and The rice looked a lot like left overs and did not taste good this placed on the evening of Tuesday 9th of April.

We had Eid buffet lunch at Zaviya Grill. Food was great. They have a good dessert selection too of tiramisu, cheesecake, gulab jamun and siwaiyan for people with a sweet tooth

If i have chance i will give the zero star , usually i don’t write a reviews , food was really disappointing, we ordered 1.lamb chops 2.chicken boti 3. Goat karahi 4 . Naana 1. Lamb chops was literally there is no meat on the chops and there vv salty i never seen these kind of lamb chops it’s was like fried salty lamb bone pieces and they charged around 27.99$ 2. Chicken boti i felt like these was grilled in thandoor, no it was not ,it was baked in the oven it was not tasty at all 3. The goat karahi was full of oil and meat was smelly and there is no gravy at all , i know karhai will get less gravy still it mostly oil and meat was vv smelly we didn’t even able tase one piece from that karahai 4 .the only thing better was just naana , the naans are fresh they are directly from thandoor am giving these 1 star because of these naana only Please don’t loot money from the people by provindig these kind of food.

Biriyani tastes are not good

Very delicious food. We were travelling to Burnet and on the way we stop at Zaviya grill and had lunch. The food was amazing. We will for sure come next time again. Highly recommended if you wanna try midterranian foods.
