The food was great!! Portions were good, the counter staff wasn't friendly at all. If there was another one close by, I would have left and gone there.

I came in here with my family and I just want to say that the food was delicious the bathrooms were a little dirty but we did get great customer service from the shift manager there his name is Michael…I would definitely come back! Thank you!

Walked in to your location in Santa Ana ,ca 17th street and n broadway. Placed my order with the general manager “Thomas”( older Asian gentleman). Once my order was taken I took a seat near the entrance and overheard the General manager Thomas talking down on the what sounded like a new employee. Saying things like “can’t you read” and not being professional. He is in no place to talk down to people in or out of the establishment. You can tell the new employee felt uncomfortable. As a general manger the most important part of their job is setting a positive example to your employees. Showing patience and understanding, I hope this gets somewhere to HQ where you can take action against general mangers like these. Thomas should be setting his employees up for success which means giving them proper training and patience (again).
