Simply said. Not clean . Staff don’t care about anything other then tips

Love the flavor of their yogurts but,…. First off, yogurtland is a machinemade and a self service buisness that is not cheap at all. The company should not ask for tips While costumers are paying easy $10 -$14per small size cup of yogurt!. Most of the times the machines are not clean. I’ve seen people lick their finger and touching the nozzles and doing it back and forth, also touching spoons at the topping bar with the same fingers holding the sample cups going in their mouth several times while sampling, while no one cares to stop inconsiderate costumers. Staff are so lazy and careless that don’t even bother cleaning the scale which is right in front of them!!!. staff are mostly in the back room talking and texting without paying attention to any details for keeping this place clean safe and disease free. Tips for what????

Pricy, but good

I am one of this places best customers. The owner randomly started giving dirty looks. I asked what the problem was. They said the last time i was there i got free samples and left. This is hilarious because ive never done that and I reminded the owner that not only did i puclrchase yogurt last time i was there and I could prove it it. But that they actually came out and offered water to ky dog while i ate the yogurt. Then she apologized but when I called her out for bad customer service she started acting like a jr high kid making excuses. Saying people abuse the free samples. So dont give free samples. Dont put them out where anyone can grab them. Dont harass your good paying customers tho. Shame on you. Another terrible unappreciateive owner
