Always a crowd pleaser, love the taproom and their seasonal summer beers are always delicious. So many seating options including the beer garden on the backside and access to so many food options, earth and stone is some of the best pizza around.
Always a fine choice of beers!
A very inconspicuous location but worth wandering around to find it. Enjoy onsight craft brews. Great outdoor seating.
A great place and atmosphere with great prices. Only downside is they need more beer you can actually buy in a can or bottle to take home with you.
4 stars for the beer + 1 star for the pizzeria adjacent to the taproom so overall a worthy 5 stars
(THIS IS NOT A REVIEW OF EARTH AND STONE PIZZA) Disclaimer: Yellowhammer beer is my favorite of all the local brews. The venue, however, is consistently crazy packed. This really isnt the fault of Yellowhammer. The reason for the lack of the fifth star is while the staff is attentive and relatively prompt, on occasion there can be some, shall we say "sketchy" bartenders that swear by all thats good and holy its a pint, when the size of the glass suggests some extraordinary physics must be involved in getting 16oz in that clearly 12oz glass. I would HIGHLY recommend a unique shaped glass for each quantity. I have a photo of 5 differently shaped glasses sold to me as a pint. I do not hold the proprietors responsible for this inconsistency beyond maybe their less than thorough training, maybe. Moving on... the beer is always cold and they have a great variety of brews - something some other breweries lack. I am a lager guy and it seems MOST breweries cater to the IPA crowd. In my estimation the selection fits almost all tastes. I see some of these reviews are regarding the Earth & Stone Wood Fired Creations pizza in the back. While I understand these two share the same venue, I dont think its fair to rate both as the same.
A friend of mine carries these in her store in Gulf Shores, Alabama (Speakeasy Spirits). I actually had the chance to visit the brewery while on vacation, definitely was not disappointed. Staff were friendly and had a chance to try the Moon Buggy......it was awesome!
A team focused on a craft combined with service that so many will enjoy. Could not be more proud of the gang at Yellowhammer!
5 Stars- The most excellent service from Sonya and Tom, the unadulterated available sarcasm and of course the beer- The Brewer-he aint good looking but he sure can play 4 Stars –the Location- it’s got soul brother 3 stars – Foosball acumen 2 Stars – Losing that pecan tree 1 star – Aren’t none
A relaxed atmosphere to hang out with friends and drink some awesome beer!
