Had my birthday dinner here recently. Food was great and drinks are awesome. They should really really consider swapping out their current bar stools at Ayahuasca with bar chairs that have back support. And maybe a little more lighting on the 2 top next to the entrance. It was super dark I had to use my phone flashlight to even see my food. The caldo was my favorite thing by far. And the waitress was very knowledgeable about the ingredients in the cocktails and dishes.

Really good spot for an horchata latte whether you get it with espresso or matcha both good options that pair well with their horchata! Their green juice and hot chocolate is pretty good too!

LOVE LOVE !!! I came here for my birthday and ever since then I love coming here ! The food is so good !! The agua de horchata is amazing you need to try it ! I love the culture and the vibe !!

Food 10/10 Cocktails 9/10 Vibe 10/10 You come here for the food it’s incredible. We did family style with a group of 4. Charcuterie board 10/10 so good Agua chile ahumado 12/10 absolutely fantastic (I believe we ended up ordering two of these) Tuetanos 10/10 honestly a MUST order We ordered more but I can’t remember what it was! Overall a fantastic experience! The wait staff is super friendly and kind. The vibe is dark and mysterious and low key.

Update December 2023: we went during their peak hours. The atmosphere is always very nice. The service was ok, not the best, and food was good, the wait for food was long. We did believe that the prices were high. We ordered 2 sides of salsa which were each $4, For a half ounce of salsa!! (Wish we would’ve been told so we didn’t spend $8 on a combined 1 ounce of salsa) My dish was $20 for a half cup of atole and a torta with tamale. The chilaquiles were good, but did not appreciate a blob of beans straight in the middle, and the dot of salsa included. The coffee is good, but we did think the cafe de olla was super pricey ($6) for about 3-5 ounces. Total was $80 for 2 people Overall, the visit was pleasant, we love the uniqueness and flavor, but hope that it improves. Unique and beautiful place for lunch or breakfast. Drinks and food are delicious.
