Also called Bali Street Cafe. Great Indonesian food! Had the fried noodles with crispy chicken.
The owner is super sweet and approachable, she saw me sitting and waiting and personally came to check to see if she could help. She personally went to the back to prepare my food and have it out super fast. The food taste great and will definitely be back when I'm on this side of town.
I got a few things but the Mie Ayam (noodles with braised chicken and a very yummy broth) and Sate Ayam (chcken satay)
We ordered nasi goreng kampung, and nasi padang. The taste need is good but need some improvement to be called Indonesian authentic flavor. I will try again on the next visit.
Stopped by to try Rendang and it did not disappoint! This was my first time trying Indonesian food and the staff here were really friendly and helpful with their recommendations. The Rendang is good and a VERY rich dish. Would recommend ordering and splitting with someone else. I also tried the Batagor and veggie fritters - both of which I would highly recommend. The peanut sauce on the Batagor is delicious. Then Cendol is the perfect sweet treat to end the meal with! Just FYI this place recently renamed to Bali St Cafe
Spent time in Indonesia in my 20s over 30 years ago and this place brought me back. Nostalgia tastes I love the food the people and looking forward to many more visits!!!
The food is amazing. I can’t wait to repeat this fantastic experience.
The name used to be KOI Way but now rebranded to Bali Street Cafe to be more indicative of Indonesian Cuisine. Great Indonesia food served here with a smile. If you enjoy Indonesian food, you would love this place.
