Order was placed on July 20th, paid with a combination of coupons, a gift card, and Paypal. I did not receive any order updates. Sent an email on July 28th to the email provided, received no response. Sent a second email no August 7, received no response. Received an email on August 11 saying the order had been cancelled by the seller. The seller's website no longer exists. Still have not received a refund for either the gift card or the paypal purchase. Currently trying to get my refund but I don't have high hopes. I believe this company is out of business.

Normally soft and chewy, 1 box was stale and hard; the other box was just okay. Not the same as when I first ordered last year.

Ordered three dozen items and only received one. Of course, I was charged the full amount. No response after several attempts at communication. Customer service is a joke.

I made a order on January 31st for 1 dozen chocolate and 1 dozen brownie cookies. The reason I purchased that many is because the website said I will get my order in 2 business days if I buy 2 dozen or more. I got a message on February 3rd that my order was shipped, which is 3 business days after my order was placed. Long story short, I received my order on February 9th which is 7 business after I placed my order. I've sent 4 emails and one IG message and got no response! My chocolate cookies were not good like the first two batches I've gotten in the past but the brownies ones where pretty good. As a customer I feel like I was push to the side when they got my money. I don't want to do business with someone that has no concern about my experience. If you don't have the time to respond to me, you don't deserve my money.
