My favorite wings and tenders ever!!

Usually when I come to Wingstop I get rude cashiers but this is the first time I ever met the nicest cashier! Her name is Patty and she DEFINITELY deserves a raise!!! She is so sweet and even brought us napkins and forks with our meal! She gave the most positive attitude throughout our whole visit! I was having a down day and she literally made my attitude go from low to extremely high and happy! She is amazing I’m glad Wingstop hired her she is the most amazing person I’ve ever met! <3

I ordered Wingstop from Uber Eats yesterday, it was my first time having Wingstop. I got the mild wings, the wings themselves were overcooked and dry, the sauce was almost like an oil and did not adhere to the wings so it was like I was eating plain wings. I also got some buffalo ranch fries, their fries (like most fast food places) do not do well in delivery and they ended up soggy and gross by the time they got to me. Overall not a great experience, probably won't eat at Wingstop again.

The service is awful, there's always an issue when ordering here, and the staff appear inconvenienced to solve the problem This place is always clean and well maintained, except for today when there were a hundred flies. Sometimes they close the bathroom for the customers but the staff continue to use it. Its smaller than other locations, with only 7 tables. The portions are generous, but the prices have gone up. If you fill out the surveys, you can free fries on the next purchase!

Called at 11:00 pm on a Saturday night 1/13/24. My flight had just got in so wanted to grab some wings on the way home. The guy on the phone told me they “weren’t taking pick up orders” but wing stop doesn’t close until 12:00 Bad customer service! I called the grant location and they had my wings ready to be picked up before 11:30 and had great customer service! Ina location needs to do better

Everybody in there is a hating Hispanic. I'm the only white person in the building being forced to wait 30 minutes extra for a pickup order that was supposed to be ready before I even got there. Meanwhile I'm listening to the cooks all laugh and do stuff to my food right in front of me. Then, they see I'm staring right at them and they proceed to look down/act like they weren't just doing what they were. I watched as they grabbed my wings from a entirely different location than everyone else's, put them in the bag and hand me my food after I finally spoke up about it again. Meanwhile 10 other customers have since been helped with their mobile orders and on their way. They're blatantly racist at this establishment if you're white and look like you have money a bunch of hating Hispanics who will legitimately ruin your food or god knows what else. Wing stop Corp needs to clear this location of its filth. This has been going on for years I used to live right down the block and never ate in at this restaurant because of the employees. That's crazy because back home in Denver we always stayed and ate in the restaurant and tipped nicely. People don't even tip these places usually we just always appreciated the service. I'll never order from this company again yall lost me to Bdubs at least they respect the customer somewhat, wing stop on Ina road is trashy because of the employees and fat dude making the wings thinks he's slick contaminating peoples food because they're upset they've waited 30-40 minutes extra. Truth be told they're bottom of the barrel humans
