Burger King

I went to drive through and was asked to pull around when there was no one else waiting in line. We sat out front in the sun for 20 minutes before getting food..that wasn't even the Spiderman whoppers that we ordered ! Tried calling, and the phone continues to ring. NOT worth the almost $60 I paid...

By far best BK in town, the team is super friendly and quick. They definitely live by the "have it your way" philosophy that seems to have been lost across the board at many locations not just BK. Came in during breakfast because I was getting repairs done on my car across the street. I asked if we could by chance order from the lunch menu (don't really like bfast foods) and the person at the register whom I think may even be the manager, I'm not sure, but if he's not he definitely deserves a promotion, anyway, back to the story, he excitedly and super friendly told us that of course we could order from the lunch menu. They made our food completely fresh which was awesome, and he came up to hand my daughter some toys that they had extra of, we did not order a kids meal or anything but the fact that he went out of his way to do that was a great experience because my daughter was slightly bummed about not having a play area here but this made her day! Also, it wasn't just one toy he brought over 4! I know this obviously wouldn't happen every time, it just so happened that they had extra from an outdated promotion but the fact that he took the time out to do this for my daughter, definitely earns my business for life. It's little things like that that just make the experience for a customer unforgettable especially in a time where the service industry is in my opinion increasingly declining (bad attitudes, carelessness, laziness, etc.). Also, while sitting here enjoying our meal, there had been more patrons coming in and the way the cashier was making great conversation and actively listening to the customers was awesome, there was specifically customers that came in that happened to be traveling from what I could hear and the Burger King worker was intently listening to their stories, on the way out. He thanked them for their business and told them to have a safe trip, It's interactions like this that make differences in people's days and a great experience for customers. This Burger King has my future business and is a clear representation/redemption of what truly makes them the "BURGER KING". The employees named isreal and patricia are bad for business. The way they talk to customers is like they are straight from the hood. I can't believe i was treated that way. I had a police officer come and deal with the situation. They were going to make me leave without my food or a refund. They laughed, smiled, and waved good bye with so much pride in what they were doing. The officer went inside and spoke to them. The employees said in band. Band because i waited and complained. Their GM needs to be made aware that this kind of behavior is not okay. I just came to get my 9 year old daughter a burger and ice cream. I can't believe she had to see that.

Rude people and understaffed. I waited at the counter for 5 minutes to place an order and even though the lady making the french-fries saw me she never acknowledged the fact that someone would take my order soon. The only other guy that was there was taking orders at drive thru window. When I finally asked the lady if there was anyone taking orders at the counter she was very rude and said that I would have to be patient that there was only two people there. If she would of from the beginning told me that in a nice way I would of understood and waited. My husband and I walked out to never come back.

The food is okay the staff is fine but this is the dirtiest fast food restaurant I have ever been in, the floor in the lobby is always sticky all over, there’s flies everywhere, there’s food on the ground and on the tables the trashes are always full inside and outside. And they have no option for water at the soda machine. Makes you not want to eat here after going inside
