Wingstop is always bomb, But the customer service was really good!
Greedy management using every tactic to scam customers. Charging $0.50 more per wing than other wingstops. Ranch containers never filled up so you only get 75% of what you pay for. Way too much breading on tenders and boneless. Dirty ghetto area. Dont go here for 1 year and see if franchisees will fix their store by then
It's not the place or location, it's just the employees that really ruins it. But hey sometimes the apple doesn't fall from the tree. Employees here are rude and just vibe killers... Wheelchair accessibility: I was told to "wait outside then" what a wonderful time of the year, its not the area.. it'd the people working here is the issue
Service to customers ok,but time a little longer...if give free French fries for customers no need to request customers only online, depending how much customers spend money.
bad customer service, waited an hour for food. Fries were cold and the guy taking orders at 9pm on 09/22 and the guy frying were talking in Spanish saying derogatory remarks. Management check on these employees, they're dressed poorly and provide terrible customer service.
Estoy muy molesto!!! Pedi unas alitas hawaianas para llevar y me dieron las más enchilosas alitas que puede aver en el mundo!!! Solo pude intentar comerme una y testualmente salía lumbre por mi boca muy spicy!!! Demasiado… yo no puedo comer chile por mi salud. Pero lo q me disgustó fue que llame para un rembolso o algo… y tenia que cruzar todoooo San José para que me cambiaran la orden … y eso era imposible. Solo me dijeron q obtendria un descuento en mi próximo pedido!!!! Ósea!!!!!
