Can't keep up with demands.
Damn wingstop needs to hire someone more customer friendly as a cashier. This guy Daniel is a different kinda cat. I walked up. He mean mugged me for a bit. Then asked me what I wanted.. like dude seriously. Then his speech was all off. Dude needs to cheer up a little bit. We all work different jobs atleast have better customer relations. It's better in the evenings but nights hmmm

Very dissatisfied with the customer service provided on 12/24. At 5pm with the cashier. He does not welcome you into the store, then when we were ordering he took no time to go over the sides or dipping sauces. He just gave a blank stare… we were told 35minute wait that eventually turned into one hour. Once we got home mind you we live 10min away the fries were cold. Never going back to that location. Please provide more customer service to your employees after all they represent your store. Attitude and friendliness go a long way.
What’s the point of ordering online if you still have to wait an hour when you get to the actual store, even tho it says 25 mins online
Whenever you order online it’s NEVER on time and they mess it up allllllll the time then when asking for refund they want to argue instead of owning up
