Ordered a lot of food and asked for a ranch, but not for $2 cmon wingstop. Be better they should be free

I order food and PAID WITH MY CARD and I’m still getting asked to show proof even with the confirmation number!!! Service was super bad and she was so rude !!! Never coming back !!!

I always catch myself coming back to this place. The staff here is amazing and always attentive. my food was hot and fresh. I seriously never have a bad experience here

Wasted a trip to pick up a pre-paid order. Was refused to be served my order because the card that “I” paid with thru the app was not with me. I offered to show the order details on my phone via the app and this young and rude girl repeatedly points to a “store policy” that ONLY they have posted only at this store requiring to show last 4 of card. The APP does NOT require this nor is it posted anywhere. SO, instead of working with me - the order and the food (gets wasted) yet, I can say cancel the order and somehow that can happen and Im told the refund will be in 7-days. Very poor attitude and a person that can ONLY point to piece of paper instead of working with the customer who had ALL the order details via the APP on their phone.

Amazing staff and atmosphere. They helped me with any questions I had to order. My food was prepared hot and fresh. I will be coming back.

Wings are pretty good but the staff is lack luster. This is the third time that I’ve called an order in and they wait until I arrive to prepare it. That’s 40 minutes for 20 wings.
