Wingstop

Worst wingstop location I have been to. My family loves wingstop. Ordered 100 family pack. The fries were burnt. The veggies were wrapped drenched in water. I complained to the manager. I used Doordash pickup. Then I ordered more food and 5 brownies were missing. Kendall location is on point and service is excellent.

By far the best customer service and hard workers I have seen in a long while. Give these folks a raise.

10/10 service and the wings oh my goodness they were so delicious. i don’t really like chicken like that but these… these hit every spot.

this was the worst experience ever. my partner and I came to this wingstop on a friday night at 10pm (02/16/24) and received horrible service. We got there and everyone was hectic. We ordered wings and corn to go and we waited for 45 minutes because the staff was in the kitchen eating pizza and soup and talking while they had a line of customers. Keep in mind the staff did not even have any gloves on, very unsanitary. When we finally get our food, it was the WRONG order. We go back to fix it and receive attitude from the greeter. Horrible experience and recommend that the staff be better trained.

10/10 these wings were really good and the cheese fries had just enough cheese.

I used to love wingstop until I got the worst food poisoning in my life before the new year. I’ve been sick for almost 5 days & still waiting to recover. It’s crazy how companies rather have employees come to work not give them the proper training with handling food, or even giving a sick day if an employee needs it. Not to forget that companies can’t help their employees & give them paid sick leave, so a sick employee will come into work, worried about not being able to make rent, & instead infect a consumer & now I’m stuck paying the price for negligence of both parties. I honestly will never buy wingstop again after this experience. I can only hope this is just food poisoning, & nothing serious, even tho this cost me a visit with my DR & now have to pay an ER visit when this could have been avoided.

Doors opened at 11:06 today December 14 2023 Which wasn’t a big deal . Lady in the front with an attitude and treating rude and didn’t look like she wanted to cook the food so I left to teriyaki madness next door . I go twice a to Wingstop I will not be going to it again

Love the wings, service is pretty slow. Recommend to order in advance
