Asley the best wouldn't go anywhere else they make our morning coffee just perfect and we look forward to seeing them every morning thank you starbucks
The people here a truly amazing, the quality of everything is always top notch, they’re always very nice and helpful. I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for years! Although the layout isn’t the comfiest to work in it is my go to. But I’m here currently 12/5 which happens to be the half off special on Thursdays and it’s really sad to see only 4 people working. They’re doing the best they can but it is definitely understaffed in the early morning hours especially with this special going on. There’s one person at the register, one person switching from register to heating up the food and only two to make coffee, keep in mind there’s a bunch of mobile orders coming in also. I will continue coming but they definitely need more help here !
They are not filling their cups to the top anymore. For hot coffee it is quite a bit less that they are giving out. Also, they should advise at time of order if they don't have any particular drink instead of letting you know once you already paid, kind of shady. Still an ok place to get some coffee, but definitely not number one anymore.
This location is great for studying. It's always busy but not overcrowded. Plenty of chairs and tables and good service. The music is perfectly soothing and not too loud.
Went to buy gift cards. They were displaying only Christmas ones, but the cashier went above and beyond to find me birthday cards, which was what I needed
I was appalled at the dining condition of this Starbucks. The floor was littered with trash,the lounge seats looked like they never cleaned them. There are splashes of drinks on them. The staff needs better etiquette training in how to speak courteously to customers.
Great Baristas; Disastrous Management. Mobile order. Show up a minute after Estimated Ready Time. An awesome Triple Tall Latte was ready with exact amount of sugar. 15 minutes later our two Breakfast wraps still not done. Finally the food person say they do not have the product; First, why was the mobile order accepted and charged? Second, why couldn’t they say that much earlier? Third, when I asked for a manager, Manager Mr Luis Conde expected me to get on his customer line of 10-12 people to give me my refund for a Mobile order… Again, great Baristas, horrible management (when the Fish stinks, it stinks from the Head). I left without my refund. Not worth the insult and incompetence…
