20 minutes to get a 3 piece tender meal. Don't go inside. I'm literally angry my time was stolen from me.

Me and my aunt went to the drive thru and the lady told us that the meal we were getting was 12 dollars and the bill ended up being 31 dollars plus tax we asked her for some butter and BBQ and the lady ignored us and when we went inside to ask her for BBQ they had some and we told they how rude she was being the didn't care

I ordered the 3 piece chicken tenders box. I was happy they let me switch out the fries for the cole slaw. Helpful employees.

I got the spicy chicken sandwich they did not put the right filet and the my didn’t even put the right spices inside burger and not only that it was salty , cold and old. I also got the chicken nuggets and they were hard cold and old. They didn’t even put the sauces I asked for which I paid extra for.

Last couple of times I went recently the food was good, staff was nice, service was quick, nothing was missing, we were all happy, and we will go again! Hadn't really tried it for years because the chicken was overpriced and so bad. Much improved from those days before the remodel. Just check your bag before you leave the window, people! EDIT: I had to take off some stars because last time I went they charged me an extra dollar to substitute mashed potatoes for the nasty coleslaw then they took out the coleslaw and replaced it with NOTHING! New edit 2024: Still shorting the mashed potatoes, which fully taste like cardboard now! They don't do refunds! Food is way overpriced, dried up and tasteless! Won't get fooled again because I am done! Yay!
