Never listen to their customers when it comes to ordering!!! They do what THEY want!! And feathers are always on the wings!! I rather drive elsewhere or choose another wing restaurant! DO BETTER

Good food. Friendly staff

I am amazed and happy with the food at this wingstop. It is a different experience. The cashiers are very friendly, always smiling and greet with great respect. The cashier, Bethy, treated me very kindly.

I called to place an order, a girl answered and told me to wait because she didn't understand my order, she left me waiting in line and then hung up the call

I was close by. Stopped in to get wings for supper. Friendly staff. Quick. Good food.

I can’t believe I preorder since Thursday email said be ready at 5:00 pm it’s 5:45 pm and employees telling me my stuff ain’t even ready it is ridiculous

MARTHA the manager here is so rude and disrespectful!! After waiting 50min for my food I came home to realize my food was incorrect and was missing items. Martha was apathetic about the situation and said she would not give me a refund, only option was to go back for the missing items. I had them remake my order, because I didn’t want to eat part of my food cold and the other part fresh. Martha said she will only remake the order if I took what she initially gave me back, that was no problem for my but I feel like the least she could’ve done was let me keep it. After I went to pick up my order she kept side eyeing me as I check that it was all correct, I told her I was disappointed in the whole situation and wish she could just apologize for having my order wrong and having me drive back to pick up a order they messed up with. Martha refused to apologize saying I don’t deserve an apology. She also refuse to give me my receipt so I couldn’t complain, but I do have plan to go in tomorrow and talk to a different manager.

Something wrong with telephone. When I call to place order it puts you on hold then disconnect. Tried to tell the people working that phone wasn’t working but they don’t speak English. Such an inconvenience and can’t rectify problem because no one speaks English!!!
