horrible experience, waited over 30 mins for our food meanwhile we were the last people in the place. Asked where our food was and got attitude back. VERY rude service

UPDATE: Never going back to this Wingstop ever again. Since my last review 2 months ago I kept coming here and every single time was worse than the other. There’s specifically one girl that’s always with this attitude ALWAYS and I just can’t stand people who is rude with customers over nothing. Also, I waited like 35 minutes for my order (20 boneless chicken meal) while the DoorDash people were coming in and out all the time. I don’t know why they don’t prioritize customers that are actually at the location. This was my first time trying Wingstop and I loved it. I ordered the boneless chicken meal and it was delicious! A lot of food and tasty. The only thing that maybe could be better are the fries, but everything else was . We also forgot our drink and the front desk lady came outside to give it to us. Which I think was really nice I don’t know why this Winstops has so many bad reviews but on 01/12/24 everything was good

Could yall believe i order my food at 8:56pm did not get my order until 9:49 & my order was wrong. Now yall would think it was packed no it wasn’t, it was me & one other person .. Yall got co worker in the back on the cell phone eating food!!! , two flirting real bad with each other, music playing, they just in there vibing real bad like they home … customer service trashhh… & i had ONE combo meal. Im upset & irritated!!! Who is the GM there?

I should have walked out and not ordered here, sloppy staff sitting around eating pizza cussing, hopefully the hygiene standards aren't as sloppy...I'm not very hopeful... This place is a joke

Wings are great, people are friendly but we waited exactly 1.5 hours for our order. Sitting in the store. Something is broken. So do they make all Uber orders first? Other families were waiting while we all watched food delivery guys coming and going for that whole time. Never offered a free drink or anything. I feel bad but guys, 1.5 hours for an order???

Food was good but it is hard to enjoy when the atmosphere and service is horrible. They workers were extremely rude. While waiting some guys who didn’t speak great English walked in to get food. Instead of being helpful they were disrespectful and unsympathetic. I had to help them myself since the workers weren’t doing it themself. They also took forever to give me my order even after I had ordered online.

I'm so glad I don't eat at these restaurants. They really do be hiring the worst people here. I'm a delivery driver and every other time that I come to this place the people are rude, they have horrible customer service skills., they barely want to look at you let alone talk to you, they are very unorganized in the aspect of handing out the food. For example my order was supposed to be picked up at 8:19 I did not leave that place till 8:40, there is customers that came in after I did place their orders and they were able to get their orders before me. You're going to tell me that that online order was placed after the customer came in yeah okay. The manager is just as rude and unprofessional. Honestly I don't understand how they stay in business. There is no reason for a driver to be waiting more than 20 minutes when the order was expected to be ready by a certain time specially when there is customers that come after and place their order and still get their food first clearly they are catering to the walk-ins and that is not only unfair but unprofessional I really doubt that those are the standards that Wingstop.

The staff is absolutely disrespectful and just so lazy. They need a reality check since they believe it’s okay to be rude to customers. I hope they come to their senses and realize that being so incredibly rude to non-English speaking customers is absolutely disgusting. The cashier got mad just because a customer was deciding with sauce they wanted and automatically assumed it was because of the language. Not only that but the cashier had no patience at all with them so my sister decided to step up and help the customer. MY SISTER NOT THE CASHIER. I understand they might be tired but it should never be an excuse to be so incredibly selfish and rude. Definitely not satisfied at all.
