Recvd an order via doordash that was not totally up to par. A friend told me to make it known. Upon contacting the manager a few days later, he has now made the entire order good. I am more than pleased with the quality of the food and the customer service that I recieved. Will definately continue to patronize this establishment.
The guy who took my phone order must have been stoned out of his mind. It took many, many, many reiterations to get my NAME across, let alone my order. I told him my name was Zoey, Z as in Zebra, I spelled it out, I said it many times... What did he write on the bag? .... ..... "beoy". How????? Horrendous phone call experience, I felt like I was actively losing braincells. He was totally unprofessional. Sounded so confused. Don't come to work high, fellas. And then to top it all off, when I got there, there was a little kid having a sneezing fit.. I'm concerned when it comes to health and sickness, so I looked over at the kid who was sneezing. His mom didn't like me looking at him, so she verbally harassed me while the debit card reader crashed mid-transaction. Horrible!!!! Worst wingstop experience I've ever had. Will never return to this part of town if I can help it, if this is what is there for me.
